Spots from the sun
When its very hot like when im on holiday and i sunbath my face gets covered in these tiny white puss filled spots and if i scratch my face they burst very easily- then after 3-4 days they vanish and my skin literally glows and looks amazing.

Any ideas of what this could be?

Sounds like heat rash to me. If it goes away quickly you don't need to do anything about it.
