dry skin on finger

first all i had a case of athlets foot and a few nails on my feet had a fungal infection that i had to put this nail polish on and for the feet i used a cream of some sort. well when it started to clear up i got a what seemed like the same fungal infection on my left index finger. i used the polish and it went away. but then as the nail on my hand started to clear my skin sorta started to bubble like a dry blister and its rough sometimes ichy its an ugly problem and i was wondering if anyone knows what it is and if there is a cheap way to get rid of it. i tryed to use what i used for my athelets foot to no avail. i have no other problems.
