Weird rash on neck after using expired sunscreen
In February I accidently used some expired sunscreen. Ever since then i've had this weird rash on my neck. The rash affects my neck and upper chest. It doesn't affect the middle of my neck though. The affected areas are dry and rough despite using moisturizer. They're also paler than the rest of skin. Its really itchy and very wrinkly. I'm only 16. What's wrong with my skin? What can I do about it?

If it has persisted for 3 months, i think it needs to be looked at by a doctor.

Using some otc hydrocortisone cream could help, but you realy need a doctor to look at it and fond out hats going on
