John Smit Newbie (male) Join Date: Jun 2010 Posts: 7	Constant cold and clammy hands I'm a 16 year old male. I wasn't sure where to post this, so reply if you know where please. So, I've noticed that my hands are constantly cold and clammy. It's really annoying. Is there any medicine I can take or something to use on them to fix this? I just noticed it this year really, I don't think they've always been like this, though I'm pretty sure they've been cold for most of my life. Just looking for some help, thanks.
