Left Calf and Knee Swelling - Not Cellulitis of DVT

My left calf became swollen and red, and I was treated for Cellulitis, first with Bactrim for 7 days, without any response, and then I was put on Clyndamycin for 14 days without any response. No fever. Leg is real tight and the swelling and redness has travelled up to the knee. I had a DVT test, and the results are negative. Had an X-ray of the tibia and fibula - came back negative (no fractures). What's my next option to resolve this annoying and unsettling symptom?
