Skin Tingles when trying to sleep or relax
Problem has been non-stop for 2-3 years now, with increasing severity. From another online app, I think the sensation would be more of a Smarting, in random locations while trying to sleep.
As soon as I lay down, legs/back/groin/arms start expeirencing random itching/tingling/smarting, throughout the night. It original started only when i would lay on my back (the way i used to always sleep, which is why I've waited this long, as sleeping on side reduced the effect), but now its nearly constant while trying to fall asleep, and keeping me awake 2-3 hours a night.
Its starting to get to the point, where just sitting in a recliner with my feet up, it starts to happen as well (arms/legs, visible locations on the body, with no visible causes on the surface).
There are no marks on my skin, and no discolorations. I've changed my diet, detergents, soaps, ect (and I've even moved, unrelated to the irritation, but considered an enviromental cause, so used that time to buy new bed and bedding). I've tried anti-allergy (store bought) meds, skin lotions (this seems to help slightly, but doesn't stop it).
The problem first became noticeable, while I was working at a Bakery (crackers, which had 10-20 different ingredients, depending on the variety made). Could have originated earlier, and been unnoticable (given the slow increase in severity, could have been 5-6 years ago to start).
