graycoyote7 Newbie (male) Join Date: Apr 2011 Location: Georgia,USA Posts: 1	Brown Ringworm I have a brown ringworm that has never itched. It is located on my inner thigh in the groin area. Have no idea how long it has been there. It is being treated with no success with lamacil gel. I found it while searching for a reason the muscles on the inside of my leg in the groin area hurt at times and don't want to function correctly. Could it be lyme disease? I did find a tick crawling on me this winter after processing a deer. But that was in November.
