Some please answer, anyone....

I was playing football and some ones fingernail dug into my arm and took a little chunk out of it. It was right on top of one of my flat small freckles or mole. It completly removed it and now it is healing like normal skin with no freckle/mole. Ive always read not to remove freckles or moles at home because you will not be able to see if it changes in a bad way in the future, and then you cannot detect any cancer. I wont know if that freckle or mole is going to change now because I cant see it......what to do about it?

Forget about your freckle/mole. Your main concern should have been the method of its removal (peoples hands in particular are quite nasty/germ ladden), however, since it appears to be healing o.k., I wouldn't worry about!
