Rash Only Affects Right Hand/ Groin Area Coincidence?

Since I was 13 or 14 years old, I have had a rash on my right hand, if you wantto call it that. I get these blister like places, and they often "pop" when I shower, or work and get sweaty, or anything that makes then sweat, or get wet. There is no pus, no anything at all, and around the blister, I can peel back the skin some if you understnad what I mean. On occasion, I get small pimple like lessions, and what looks like a ringworm rash, but its not ringworm, and not round-shaped, just that it looksl ike a ringworm rash. I get the blistering daily, but the rash I only get in the summer when its hot, and at the same time, most of the time, I get a rash in my groin area, that looks like a big ringworm rash. (I know Im saying ringworm, but its not according to my doctor. Hes not real sure what it is to tell you the truth.) Ive taken several scripts, and tried just about every cream out there, the only 2 things that work are Fulvicin 500mg and Grisofulvin 500mg. They clear both problems up, the Fulvicin does it faster, but doesnt last as long, the Grisofulvin takes longer to clear up, but works longer than the Fulvicin. ( I get like 4 refills on each, and take the whole 4 refills) Has anybody else heard of this, and could the 2 areas infected just be coincidence, or related?

My husband has the same thing and he takes the same meds... Keeps coming back. He said when he was in Germany (army) he had a ringworm come up on his arm then it moved down to his hand. No matter what he does he cant get rid of it.
