I have two small groups of small red dots about the size of pin pricks, they seem to be under the skin as they aren' t raised and they aren't painful either. One group of them is on the back of my left leg, the other group is concentrated around my knee on my right leg. What are they and how can I get rid of them? I really appreciate any help.

These are harmless. If you had them all over your body, it would be a problem, but everyone gets them. If this is your first time, that's a surprise! You usually get them if you scratch yourself too much in one spot.

They sound like petechiae. Tiny capillaries leaking into the skin, had them all my life. They can in some cases be caused by abnormalities in blood clotting. They also happen from manual strangulation!
