I'm a 14 year old kid from Malaysia, I'm overweight, I don't think I have eczema, although my brother has it. Who is 19 years old. My parents know this but they think is not serious. So I'm curios will this endanger my life? It's very itchy and here in Malaysia the temperature can rise up to 37'C. When I notice it, a week ago, the skin started to pill off slowly.

Well I just better off describing, it is automatically the skin will fall out.
And then the skin between the Penis and the leg are bumpy when I scratch them.
