Hi there, I too have been super itchy with no rash except for this thing on my neck...there is also a swollen bump underneath my skin (lymph node?) directly under the thing on my neck...I went to the MD and he said I had ringworm so he gave me Lotrimin for that but that did not explain why I am itchy everywhere else...he said if it didn't go away it may be systemic and also told me that stress was the culprit! It's not ringworm, I've gone through the whole tube and the thing is still there...going back to MD today...I would try some benedryl topically and internally and see if that helps...I'll let ya know what the MD says...
