Does anyone have a clue?

Ok for the last 6 months I've been rocking this set of blisters from kinda above my hip to my bellybutton. They flare, go hard, don't puss, go red like blood filled then almost breaks off or just turns to a sore and disappear. Its been leading up towards my belly button and never shows in the old spots.

I've been to the Doctor 3 times, with two different doctors and received an all around STD screen claiming no genital herpes among anything else..I've received fungal creams, few other acne type medicines. I am skeptical because I google the hell out of genital herpes and at this point I'd be happy if it was because I am sick of trying to figure it out. Anyone have a clue? Please help haha?
