Puzzled247 Newbie (male) Join Date: Jun 2011 Location: United States Posts: 1	Small Brown Flakes/Scales in Pubic Area? I need help diagnosing this, please. I found small, brown scales on the skin in my pubic area. I thought it could be lice, but they don't move nor itch (and I'm not sexually active). I also have not seen any nits on my pubic hair. The flakes come off with a simple pinch. Any ideas? I think it may be a fungus, but I'm afraid it could be lice and I'm just oblivious. It doesn't hurt nor itch.
