It looks like a bad out break of cold sores.I'm not positive but it looks like it. Do they burn and sting? If its cold sores it takes about two weeks for them to run there course. If they keep appearing then go to your doctor. If it is cold sores they have a prescription med that will help..icing them down with ice will help with the swelling
One other thing it could be Impetigo On the skin, especially around the nose or mouth. The sores begin as small red spots, then change to blisters that eventually break open. The sores are generally not painful, but they may be itchy.
That ooze fluid and look crusty. Sores often look like they have been coated with honey or brown sugar.
That increase in size and number. Sores may be as small as a pimple or larger than a coin.
Washing with a good antibacterial soap 4 times a day and putting on a antibiotic cream usually will heal it up Neosporin ect.
