Hello! I had surgery on my foot about 9 and a half weeks ago and one of my incision scars healed with a red raised area. My physical therapist said that it seems to be a blood blister and told me to ask my foot surgeon about the possibly of getting it popped.. When I went to see the doc and asked him what I should do about it he said 'There's not really much to do except watch it..'
So I'm wondering if this thing will smooth out on it's own eventually? I've attached a picture (Sorry about the quality). Have any of you had any experience with this sort of thing? It's really quite ugly and obviously raised in person
