What is on my fooT???

Yesterday, Around Dinner time, I spilled a tiny bit of cow blood on my foot, from the steak we were going to cook. It was in my sock, and i didn't take off my sock for about 15 minutes. Around 2 hours later, this 1 itchy red spot was there, and about 3 hours later there were a few more... I thought maybe if i went to sleep it would go away but it hasn't and it is very annoying... I was wondering if anyone knows what it is or how may i cure it?? Will it go away soon?
