Black spot on face.
About a year now I've had this black spot which feels exactly like a normal spot, but three times I've tried to squeeze it and each time about a 6 centimeter area around it along the jaw line swelled up fairly dramatically, i also tried a needle to dig it out but made no difference, any ideas what it is.

Sorry i couldn't get a more detailed pic but Macro's obviously not that good on my camera, but basically it feels the same as any other spot but no matter how much i squeeze it won't pop and has been a steady size for over a year.

Not sure why you would try and squeeze something that obviously has nothing in it to be removed? From the pic, it simply resembles either a freckle or flat mole. Unless you want to permanently disfigure your neck/face, I would leave it alone!
