Skin Reaction To Emulsion Paint Pics

Hi there have had these marks for the last year and are starting to bother me now.

They where etched into my skin when i was painting and a bit went onto my skin.

These haven't gone away as i had hoped.

Can anyone recommened a cream to get rid of these ?
