 Rash on face and dry skin on hairline
I am only 16 so understand that my skin is changing a lot, but I have had a persistant rash on my face for at least 8 months now. It is red and itchy at the side of my face and along my cheeks, also in the creases of my nose. There is alot of dry skin in my hairline near my face, behind my ears, and in my eyebrows. I have tried leaving all make-up off and just moisturizing, but nothings working and the rash still persists. If anyone could help or is having the same problem?
