| Circular marks on inner thigh
I have a dark patch on my inner thigh/groin area with small dark circular marks moving from there further onto my thigh. Sometimes but not often it is itchy and when it is it is also flaky and dry. It hasn't moved further than about 4 inches onto my thigh. It is on both sides of my groin and both thighs. It has been there for about 4 months now. I thought it may be some kind of skin fungus so I have been treating it with Selenium Sulfide 2.5% lotion with little to no effect. I have pictures if needed.
