Is Sunbath Helpful for People Who Have less Vitamin D

Hi there,

I am thinking of having a Sunbath. I have problem on my vitamin D level when I did a lab test last week. But the question is that if it is helpful for me or not. Also, do I need to put some cream on my body or just swim then have it or have it on a dry skin.

Take a vitamin d supplement. Sun bathing is bad for you. You only need 15 minutes a day on your body, to be healthy. But it wont help if levels are really low. Mine were and I am was walking all the time. Had to take supplements to get it up to okay. Good Luck.
