Circular shaped rash
 

I've been trying to figure out what this sort of rash is. The area becomes red and if you press down you can see a perfectly round circle, it also feels hot. I usually get it on my fingers or on the bottom of my feet.Does anybody know what it could be or have had symptoms like this?
Any help is much appreciated!

Could be ringworm. Try some lotramin.

I've looked into that, but it's not it. It comes and goes, it just looks like a white circle and is hot and sore to the touch. So strange, I'm gonna get it checked out by a doctor.
