Hi, I work at a bakery, where I am frequently washing dishes with heavy duty detergent, over the last few weeks I have had a rash develop on the back of my hand up around my knuckles, it has steadily gotten worse, it is irritated, red, raw, the skin is dry and very painful; it's gotten so bad it looks like some of the hair follicles have split and started bleeding. Rubbing aloe Vera gel all over the affected area provides temporary relief, until it is absorbed by the skin and becomes dry again. Whats interesting is there is no signs of a rash on anyother parts of my hands, Uregntly need help as it is hindering me in not only washing dishes but my other duties as well
