Question Hypersensitive skin

Looking for some advice, what I'm experiencing is what I call hypersensitivity of my skin. Its not all my skin its just on my right arm and it moves to different locations on the same arm usually it is the underside of my forearm, right now its my forearm but high like almost my elbow. If it doesn't touch anything its fine but if it brushes up against something or I rub my fingers across it stings almost like its burnt or scraped, but its neither. Its not hot to touch and if I push on it it doesn't hurt. It is also not there all the time, it comes and goes and like I said it appears in various locations on my arm. The only medication I am taking is Armour Thyroid and have taken it for several years so I don't think it could be a reaction to medication. Any suggestions as to what it might be?
