Rash from Tomato Battle/Sprinkler??
Hi,


I've developed a skin rash from the Denver Tomato battle. It itches and is mostly focused around my upper legs, arms and chest.

I'm not 100% sure if this came from the tomatoes (I'm taking allergy medicine for this) and due to the rash not being on my face or much on my lower legs/arms, I have a feeling I may have caught something from the sprinklers, which I used to clean myself off.

Is there anything I should do asides from allergy medicine and anti-itch cream??


Any helps greatly appreciated

So you got hit with a bunch of tomatoes, and now you have a rash? It actually could just be the tomatoes, they are acidic and may irritate some people's skin.

You already washed off, that's good. It's presumably a contact dermatitis, so an anti-itch cream with hydrocortisone is probably the best bet.
