i returned from a week abroad in the sunshine with a lovely tan. but i have several white patches on my skin. around some of these is dry skin (your typical looking sunburn / peeling which i am able to peel if you know what i mean!).

however, there are areas on my arms which are completely pale which don't look to be dry. they just look like my normal skin but with no colour whatsoever.

how can i tell if this is just sunburnt / peeled skin or tinea versicolor?

i look terrible. my skin is a mess
