Really dry skin around eyes
I have really dry, scaly skin all around my eyes. I just recently moved to a new city but not too far away so I didn't think the weather would be making the difference.. I usually have quite oily skin and the rest of my face is normal, its just around the eyes. It looks terrible! Does anyone have any idea as to why it's like this? And more importantly how do I get ride of it? Thanks!

I don't know exactly what it is but my internist gave me prescription strength cortisone cream for it and it helped quite a lot. Be VERY CAREFUL around your eyes. You might want to try an over the counter one and see if that will take care of it.

I've experienced the same problem over the last couple weeks. What helped was an eye serum that I picked up at Marshall's. It really helped to soothe the irritation and moisturize the area. I'm sure you could find an eye cream or serum at a drugstore or another chain discount store. It only took 3 days for my eyes to return back to normal. I still use the serum as a daily part of my make-up routine.
