I was just wondering if AHA's or BHA's can damage your skin if you use something with a high concentration of them? or is there any damage overtime because of them? I have sensitive skin and i already use a cleanser with AHA and BHA (Neutrogena pore refining cleanser). I think it has quite a low concentration of AHA and BHA but it is quite harsh for my skin because it dry's it out, but i use it because it helps reduce pores and cleans the skin very well.

It is definitely possible to overuse aha/bha's They can cause thinning of the skin and hypersensitivity over time.
You're right that the concentration is probably low in your cleanser. But if the cleanser is drying your skin out I would alternate it with something milder!
