I use Cetaphil, too. The cream and the waterless cleanser. The cleanser is wonderful...especially in the winter and my eczema flares up and water hurts my skin. The cleanser is very creamy and you just use a soft washcloth to take it off. It leaves a very light moisturizer behind. Also...it's wonderful for taking makeup off and can even be used on baby skin!
For the most part, my eczema has gotten considerably better since my hysterectomy 12 years ago (possibly problems relating to hormones?). What used to be a problem all over, including my face, and had to be treated with prednisone & cortisone shots/cream is now just basically on my feet, fingers, and creases of legs & arms...very tolerable.
