Face is so "beat up" - Skin Problems Message Board

I've had acne for about 5 years now (currently on Accutane), and my face just looks so "beat up". I have a lot of those post pimple marks that make my face look horrible. And my face is red from all irritation from creams & Accutane. Does anyone know what I can do to help heal my skin and get it back to it's normal skin tone & look. I currently use moisturizer already. My high school graduation is coming up very soon and I need a date fast. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

I have been on accutane and understand the face irrtation. All I really know to say is to use plenty of lotion, lubriderm is good, and not to pick or touch your face lot. Leave it alone. Also use a very mild soap to clean your face. Also I would steer clear of a lot of sun exposure to your face right now.
