Post Aloe vera on the skin?

Does anyone here put aloe vera on their skin, will it help heal thoses little stubborn red marks and little bumps? And just generally make your skin look better?

Which red marks and what type of bumps do you mean?

If you are refering to "chicken skin" which are the rough patches of bumpy skin on the back of arms, legs/thighs, butt and where ever else people can get them, then i'd say no. I'm not sure what gets rid of those.

On the other hand, i have used aloe vera on sunburn, pimples, after waxing and as a light moisturiser in the summer time and it's very refreshing. That's my experience anyway.

i've used aloe vera on severe sunburns and it did wonders. it sped the healing, took the heat out, and soothed my skin.

It's also a nice alternative to moisturizer.

As for improving overall skin--yeah, it's good for your skin, but it won't make your skin LOOK much improved.

Won't hurt to try it, tho, on those red marks.
