Post smallish scar coloured spots on back

Can anyone tell me what these spots I have on my back are?
Theyre more on my upper back than lower some of them are smaller than others, theyre skin coloured well kind of the colour of a scar and they seem to be getting bigger and spreading over my shoulders and onto my upper arms!
They been there for probably about 7 months but theyre alot more noticeable now as they must have been growing.

If anyone knows what these might be please post back.
Thanks
