Post basic diet needs for you skin?

What are the most important basic things in your diet for your skin? Things like water, vitamins etc?

8 ..8 oz glasses of water a day will make a huge difference.. vit E is great for ur skin... taking a daily vitmin.. will also help..are u having kskin prollems???..

Vitamins A, C, E, Zinc. Sometimes multivitamins can do more harm for your skin than good if they contain iodine. Stay away from iodine and too many simple carbohydrates.
