i have a problem with my skin near my right rib area. There is something that looks like dirt but i cant wash it off. Everyone makes fun of me whenever i go swimming. It doesnt hurt or itch or any thing. I srucb i everyday but it wont go away. Does anyone kno what it is?

First of all,scrubbing whatever this is on your skin will only irritate it.You need to go to a dermatologist to have this checked out.,not a G.P. they won't know what you have.Keep us posted!!!!! good luck!

It's probably just skin pigmentation. This won't come off. You'll need a bleaching cream to lighten it to match your skin.
