Trying to schedule an appointment for a skin doctor is hell, so ill self exam.

I been developing small hive like bumps on the forearm but they do not itch. Now I'm developing small pimple like bumps on my hand and some have a black core. Similar to a blackheads. But tryin to pop nothing comes out. One turned into a scar It's very similar to what I have on my upper arms, keratosis pilaris. But very ugly.

Anybody can come up with I got?

Ps I work as a school custodian. I worked 3 hours than moved to 8. A lot more sweat. Maybe chemicals and the stench of restrooms?
