i am sorry to see that you lve in canada, because the product i have in mind is not available there. but you can try silicone sheeting, that helps flatten scars.
How does silicone sheeting work. Can you do it yourself or does a doctor have to? I have surgery coming up (just for a very small area). I have heard about this but know nothing about it. Does this work for even very small scars?
When I had an accident with a horse, I had to have my nose stiched back on, LOL. We had to boil water and use a Q-tip to melt off any scab that formed. The scar is not noticable unless I point it out.
