Tanning Bed and Tan Lines - Skin Problems Message Board

Hi, I got a pretty bad sunburn outside about two months ago. Unfortunately, I had a tank top with criss cross straps in the back. The pattern is very noticeable on my back. Since I am getting married in the fall, I just started going to a tanning salon. I have never been to one before. My question is does anyone know how long it will take to get rid of these lines and even out my back or if there is something I can use to speed up getting rid of these lines? Thanks

Why not try a self tanner over the lines and perhaps you can blend them in with the rest of your back? Most of the experts think it's far safer for your skin than tanning beds. Plus, you'll be able to see the change within 24 hours!
