Red face. Please help! - Skin Problems Message Board

I think this has happened a few times before, but at the moment my face is really red and very warm. It starts when I begin to feel a sensation of heat in my face, then I check the mirror and my cheeks are very, very red. It's been an hour or so already. Any idea what this could be? It's really burning!

I wonder if that could be rosacea? What did you eat before your face turned red? Spicy foods, tomatoes, sour cream, chocolate are a few of the rosacea triggers. Were you too hot? That also can trigger rosacea. Stress can be another trigger.Hope this helps.

you should check to see if you have a food allergy. what is it that triggers it?

I did 2 things to get rid of my red face.

1. 5 photo derm treatments
2. Use a product called zinko daily to keep the skin cool.
