Post Big Eczema problem
Hey guys, I'm a 3rd shifter and since I started working nights I started getting Eczema. I've been on steroids for 4 + months and it doesn't cure the problem it just helps it. I'm guessing lack of sunlight is the reason for this. Is there a vitamin that can help me out here? Any other ideas? I'm starting to get angry.

vitamin d is supposed to help. thats why the sun works so well, because of the vitamin d. can you fit in time to tan once or twice a week? that works really well. just remember to start off a few mins at a time.
