recomend something other than trazodone?
I've been taking Trazodone for the last 6 years. I have been feeling tired when I wake up but I didn't think it had to do with the Trazodone. I'm going to see my doctor next week and I'd like to find something else to take to help me sleep. Anyone have something I can suggest to the doctor to prescribe for me?

ambien. i've been taking ambien for several years now, it's helped more than any other medication i've tried for sleep.

How often do you take Ambien? I was taking Trazodone every night.
