Same for me, and it leads to much anxiety about sleeping which makes it worse. I've never tried Ambien, but I use a very small dose of Remeron when I am having trouble sleeping. It works well and knowing I have it if I need it has helped reduce the anxiety. Have you talked to a doctor about this?

[QUOTE=texasangel518][COLOR=Purple]Hello everone,
I don't know if anyone femembers me but I wront before about my sleeping problem. I thought I would write agian, because my problem has only gotton worse, and I wanted to see if i could get any help or responce for anyone with the same tipe of problem.
Ok well here it goes. Im 19 and as i stated before my problem is when I lay down to go to sleep. Well it's like i never get tired, so i forse myself to lay down, around whatever time is somewhat approate for me to sleep depending on what time I have to get up in the mornig. ( does that make sence?) oh well. Anyways I just got a new job a week ago, and part of my proble is if i have to get up early for something inportant then i can not fall asleep at all.Before i started this job I could lay down finally fall asleep around 3 or 4 am and stat asleep intill I get anywhere from 8 to 10 hours of sleep. So my problem before was just getting to sleep. But now it has gotton worse. For work i have to me up at 7 30 am. Ok so i lay down around 12 to try and sleep. I read and watch the tv on mute for hours till like 4. im not even tired when i lay down its almost like i get more energy. dont drink soda or caffene 4 urs to bed and i dont eat before i go to bed so i know its not that. ok so around 2 or so i might feel like im going to go to sleep like im so close then all the sudded i jump and my heart beats faster and im awake.then my brain is going crazy thinking about all my problems and my life and everything...im just like wide awake.then once i do finally find asleep i wake up every hour (atleast) and to every noise.
