Question Its me agian... Can anyone help?

[COLOR=Purple]Hello everone,
I don't know if anyone femembers me but I wront before about my sleeping problem. I thought I would write agian, because my problem has only gotton worse, and I wanted to see if i could get any help or responce for anyone with the same tipe of problem.
Ok well here it goes. Im 19 and as i stated before my problem is when I lay down to go to sleep. Well it's like i never get tired, so i forse myself to lay down, around whatever time is somewhat approate for me to sleep depending on what time I have to get up in the mornig. ( does that make sence?) oh well. Anyways I just got a new job a week ago, and part of my proble is if i have to get up early for something inportant then i can not fall asleep at all.Before i started this job I could lay down finally fall asleep around 3 or 4 am and stat asleep intill I get anywhere from 8 to 10 hours of sleep. So my problem before was just getting to sleep. But now it has gotton worse. For work i have to me up at 7 30 am. Ok so i lay down around 12 to try and sleep. I read and watch the tv on mute for hours till like 4. im not even tired when i lay down its almost like i get more energy. dont drink soda or caffene 4 urs to bed and i dont eat before i go to bed so i know its not that. ok so around 2 or so i might feel like im going to go to sleep like im so close then all the sudded i jump and my heart beats faster and im awake.then my brain is going crazy thinking about all my problems and my life and everything...im just like wide awake.then once i do finally find asleep i wake up every hour (atleast) and to every noise.[QUOTE][IMG]its just sooo stressfull i feel so crapy during work. and the crazy thing is when i get off work i could lay down and take a nap im sooo tired, but i tell myself notto so iwill be just that much more tired around bedtime....bt it doesent work. i cant get out of this cycle. i even got to the point one night that i took one of my moms ambiams(SP) but it didnt work i was still tired.i dont know whats wrong w/ me im so fed up w/ this problem i just cant stand it anymore.its soo hard to function in life w/ so little sleep. ok well theres my problem please respond on what u think i should do and on some advise. Thanks all JESSICA

Same for me, and it leads to much anxiety about sleeping which makes it worse. I've never tried Ambien, but I use a very small dose of Remeron when I am having trouble sleeping. It works well and knowing I have it if I need it has helped reduce the anxiety. Have you talked to a doctor about this?

Re: Its me agian... Can anyone help?

If you can sleep for 8-10 hours on your old schedule, then it's probably that you are off on your "sleep cycle" clock; I've heard alot of people have this and there is some technique of straightening it out that sleep specialists use that doesn't involve drugs (which can eventually screw up sleep even more).

Maybe you could go to a specialist who can help you straighten out your sleep clock.....Circadian clock is the correct term I believe.
