Just wandering I want to do something so I am not so tired all of the time. I tried changing my eating habits in a healthy way. It worked a little bit but I still need the umph. Is there any vitamins that can help me. The only thing that is working for me is starbuck latte's. Which is getting very spendy and making me gain weight too.
If there is such a vitamin that will help does it get you anxious. - Sorry im a panicky person don't want to contribute to it! Doc did give me some meds but he said it could give me panic attacks. So I am hoping there is a way around it so I don't have to go that route.
