Ok, I am 21 yrs old and I have a normal life. I attend college and I have a regular exercise system taht I do everyday to stay in shape. By the end of the day I am really tiered and I try to go to sleep. Not only am I mentally tiered from all the studying and homework but I am physically tiered walking the campus and doing my exercise rutine. So I try to go to sleep and all these thoughts go through my head and I get to thinking about all these things and it makes it impossible to sleep. Then I get this feeling like I have to get up and walk around or do something.

What can I do? I haven't slept good in about a year. Is it a sleeping disorder? Should I talk to my doctor about it? Any advice?
