| To get a sleep, these are the recommendations...
To be able to get a sleep, please follow these recommendations:
1/ Perform an afternoon exercise (cardio type like jogging, bicycling, swimming, etc..)
2/ Go to bed on time.
3/ Take a "Melatonin" pill. Do not overtaken it.
4/ Drink a warm milk cup 30 minutes before bed time.
5/ Try to solve your problems before you go to bed.
It works for me! Hope it'll work for you.
