| dreams that leave me exhausted
Several nights a week I will have very vivid, yet very weird dreams that leave me totally exhausted in the morning. Last night I dreamed I was swimming across a lake. Every muscle in my body ached when I woke up. A few nights ago I dreamed about something 'stinky' and actually gaged in my sleep. It woke me up and I continued gagging. I ran to the bathroom but there was nothing in me to throw up. Just dry heaves!
I am very careful what I read or watch on TV as I know that things that are upsetting to me will do this. But I love to swim and have no fear of drowning. Now as for stinky things, I do gag easily when awake, so I avoid even the thought of them!
My doctor prescribed something to 'help me sleep', but it turned out to be an anti-depresent ( I am NOT depressed) and I got really wacked out! I almost got arrested. My behavior was totally bizzar. I threw the pills down the toilet months ago so don't remember the name.
