| No circulation to hand/arm
Hi,
I am very frequently having a problem where I will wake up in the middle of the night and my hand or in some cases entire arm has abolsutely no blood and I get the fright of my life thinking of actually lost it. It will be completely lame and I wont even be able to lift it for about 2 minutes. It is quite a scary experience cause its not your usual dead arm where you just get pins and needles.. it actually literally feels completely dead. I tend to sleep on my stomach as I have bad sinuses so my nose blocks up when i sleep on my back. Sometimes I will just be in a regular sleeping position on my stomach and this will happen... surely it cant be good for me. What sort of harm am I doing to myself and is there anything I can do besides sleep on my back to try and sort this out? I am 19 years old so it isnt old age causing this bad circulation.
