I've the same problem too...about 6am for me...and i don't sleep until past midnight...every night.
I AM SO ****ED! SOME BIATCH FREAKING RANG MY DOORBELL TWICE TODAY AT 7 AM...TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY I WAS ABLE TO KEEP SLEEPING, AND SOME BIATCH HAD TO WAKE ME UP. EVEN AFTER THE FIRST RING, I WAS JUST ABOUT TO FALL BACK ASLEEP AND THEN HE/SHE RANG IT AGAIN. I WANT TO BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF HIM/HER. anyway...the whole week i haven't been able to sleep past 6am until today...hopefully i can do it tonight...i want to set a trap in front of my door, so anyone who rings the bell get's whacked...hahah
