Last night I got about 5 hours of sleep and I am not tired one bit through the day. I try to get at least 7 hours a night but I find myself tired by days end when I do get 7-9 hours of sleep. When I get little sleep my body seems to be more up and motivated. My question is why does a persons/my body act like this over very little sleep.
About 2 summers ago I had a collapse because I work all the time. I dj into late hours and worked during the day and was getting about 1-5 hours a sleep a night. I passed out with high blood pressure and a high white count. My doctor told me I can't do that anymore or it may get worse next time. I dont why I mentioned it but I did...Thanks for listening and if anyone can share thier thoughts or stories it may give me a better senses to why.
