Sleep Talking Husband...Help! - Sleep Disorders Message Board

In the past month, my husband has woken me up 4 times becuase he starts saying words and short sentances in his sleep. I have been sleeping in the same bed with him for about 6 years now and he has never done this before. Does anyone have any kind of insight as to why he may have started doing this? Thanks-shannyliz

my husband does it once and awhile. Last night he did it probably because he had to work extremely late and he was saying things like he was at work. There may be something bothering your husband. If he won't talk to you try to get him to see a therapist to talk to. Maybe that would help.

sleeptalking is common and probably related to stress or worry
